NOM Modifies its Liquidity Rebates in Penny Pilot Options

What is changing on The NASDAQ Options MarketSM (NOM) with regard to the non-NOM Market Maker Rebate to Add Liquidity in Penny Pilot Options?
Effective Friday, March 1, 2013, the non-NOM Market Maker Rebate to Add Liquidity in Penny Pilot Options will be reduced from $0.25 to $0.10 per executed contract.
What is changing on NOM with respect to the Customer and Professional Rebate to Add Liquidity in Penny Pilot Options?
Effective Friday, March 1, 2013, the amended Customer and Professional Rebate to Add Liquidity in Penny Pilot Options tiers will be as follows:
|Monthly Volume||Rebate to Add Liquidity|
|Tier 1||Participant adds Customer and Professional liquidity of up to 24,999 contracts per day in a month||$0.26|
|Tier 2||Participant adds Customer and Professional liquidity of 25,000 to 34,999 contracts per day in a month||$0.40|
|Tier 3||Participant adds Customer and Professional liquidity of 35,000 to 74,999 contracts per day in a month||$0.43|
|Tier 4||Participant adds Customer and Professional liquidity of 75,000 or more contracts per day in a month||$0.44|
|Tier 6||Participant has Total Volume of 130,000 or more contracts per day in a month of which 25,000 or more contracts per day in a month must be Customer or Professional liquidity||$0.46|
