BX Options Announces the Execution Algorithm for Options on BABA & SPY

Effective Monday, September 29, 2014, BX Options will list options on Alibaba Group, Ltd. (BABA). Options on BABA will be executed utilizing the Size Pro-Rata execution algorithm. Effective Wednesday, October 1, 2014, BX Options will amend the execution algorithm for options on Standard & Poors Depository Receipts (SPY). Today, options on SPY are executed pursuant to the Price/Time algorithm. As of October 1st, options on SPY will be executed utilizing the Size Pro-Rata execution algorithm. All other options listed on BX Options will continue to be executed utilizing the Price/Time execution algorithm. |
